6. Sizing Responsibility

For pet clothing, harnesses, collars, beds, carriers, and similar items, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the size chart before ordering.

Sizing may vary between products and suppliers. A size “Small” in one product may not be the same as a size “Small” in another product.

We are not responsible if the customer selects the wrong size, color, model, or variant.

Wrong-size orders caused by customer selection may not qualify for refund, replacement, or free return shipping.

14. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days depending on the product and destination

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

Delays may happen due to:

15. Tracking Information

16. Wrong Address, Missing Unit Number, or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a full and correct shipping address.

Pawlencio Store is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, delivered incorrectly, or undeliverable because of:

If a package is returned, discarded, destroyed, lost, or refused because of customer error or inaction, the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

If reshipping is possible, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

17. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:

  • Mail room
  • Local post office
  • Shipping carrier

Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

We may require written confirmation from the carrier, a claim result, police report, or other proof before approving a refund or replacement.

Pawlencio Store is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

18. Lost Packages

A refund, replacement, or store credit may be offered if the package is confirmed lost or qualifies under our supplier/carrier claim process.

21. Return and Refund Request Window

If the return is caused by customer preference, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong address, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection, customs fees, taxes, duties, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

26. Refund Options

The available solution depends on the issue, supplier approval, carrier confirmation, and applicable law.

27. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Pawlencio Store does not control bank or payment processor processing times.

28. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, submitted to the supplier, or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, we may not be able to cancel it.

Custom, personalized, pre-order, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once submitted.
